How do you defend against a charge for fail to yield to a pedestrian in Ontario?

Good afternoon forum members. I drive for a courier company here in Ontario, so keeping my abstract completely clean is critical for my job. Yesterday, I was cited at a crosswalk in Mississauga after a pedestrian stepped onto the road right as I was making a right turn. The fine and demerit points for crosswalk infractions are huge now, and I refuse to just plead guilty online. I’ve decided to hire dedicated paralegals so I don’t have to miss work to attend court dates. A colleague recommended I check out Traffic Paralegal Services. I’ve been reading up on their defense strategies for fail to yield to a pedestrian on the site https://www.trafficparalegalservices.com/failure-yield-pedestrian/. Have any fellow delivery drivers used them recently to negotiate these points down?
